Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Entry-level to 2 years of manufacturing or assembly experience
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of basic production processes, quality control, and safety practices
• Ability to rotate through all tasks within the production process
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts
• Assist with production of wiring assemblies
• Perform general housekeeping duties including shoveling and sweeping work areas
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects repeatedly
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and eye coordination tasks including gripping and pinching
• Must have reliable transportation to the job location
• Must be at least eighteen 18 years of age
